This is a double-duty Meal Plan since Doug and I are going on vacation in 10 days!!! Instead of running to the store in the middle of next week, we are going to continue cooking out of our freezer and pantry and buying just a few things at the store.
There are less than 10 items on our grocery list (half of which are fresh produce) -- AMAZING!
Thursday -- Beef Fajitas with Peppers, Onion, and Rice
Friday -- Meaty Spaghetti (ground beef, onions, and spinach)
Saturday -- Baked Cod Pockets (with asparagus and eggplant) with Orzo
Sunday -- Pork Stir-Fry with Chicken Fried Rice
Monday -- Eat Out!
Tuesday -- Grilled Chicken with Herbed Pasta and Mixed Vegetables
Wednesday -- Baked Ribs with Broiled Potatoes and Cheesy Broccoli
Thursday -- Eggplant Parmesan with Shells
Friday -- Tuna Helper (or leftovers)
Saturday -- Leave for vacation!!!
