Delicious: Meatloaf and Broiled Potatoes

Doug and I were way too hungry to take a lot of pics of this meatloaf before eating it, but I managed to snag a few ;)  For the meatloaf recipe, read this; for the broiled potatoes recipe, read this!

True American Dinner

The meatloaf was great!  I cooked it at 350 for an hour; I used a broiler pan so that the drippings would be drained away from the meat.  The star of the show (to me at least) were the broiled potatoes.  I cooked them in the microwave (instead of oven) before broiling with butter, Parmesan, salt, and pepper!

Baked, cheesy goodness!

The corn on the side is Green Giants Corn Niblets in Butter Sauce; it was the perfect compliment!
