Delicious: Grilled Chicken Alfredo



Yesterday we had a really yummy lunch!


Grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts (just salt and pepper for seasoning) with broccoli and linguine alfredo.  When the whole grain pasta was almost done, I added the broccoli spears.  Some canned alfredo sauce (and about 1/2 c of starchy cooking water) made a light sauce for the linguine and broccoli.  Super filling, full of fiber, and yummy!
