Design: January Goals

It's a New Year!  Here are some goals I have for myself this month:

2013 Part 1 Goals
1.  Eat Breakfast 5 days per week
2.  Stretch/Do Yoga 5 mornings per week
3.  Exercise for 30-45 min 3 days per week
4.  Take a Detox/Relaxing Bath this month
5.  Don't Get Sick!

Other Goals
6.  Read a Classic Book
7.  Watch a Classic Movie
8.  Make a Spring Schedule (and stick to it!)
9.  Enjoy my Birthday!!!
10.  Enjoy our trip to FL!
