Tuesday -- Pork Stir-Fry w/ Asian Rice
Meatloaf w/ Broiled Potatoes and Broccoli w/ Cheddar
Wednesday -- Shredded Buffalo Chicken w/ Grilled Eggplant
Thursday -- Shrimp, Corn, and Cheddar Baked Penne
Friday -- Burgers w/ Fajita Rice
Saturday -- Take Out!
Sunday -- Broiled Cod w/ Buttered Orzo and Broccoli w/ Cheddar
Monday -- Tuna Melts w/ veggies
After seeing so many recipes using creamed corn as a base for mac and cheese, I have to try my own version! Doug loves shrimp, and we have some leftover that should make this hearty enough for a full meal! I'll let you know how it goes ;)
