This week is full of quick and simple recipes!
Tuna Melts w/ Cheddar Broccoli Rice
Calamari Citrus Salad w/ Alfredo Pasta
Broiled Salmon w/ Butter and Garlic Pasta, Baked Squash
Quesadillas w/ Mexican Rice, Peppers, and Onions
Broiled Pork Chops w/ Pasta and Broccoli
Grilled Top Round Steak w/ Baked Potatoes and Steamed Veggies
One of our go-to quick and easy meals is Tuna Melts!
-- Mix canned tuna, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
-- Scoop tuna onto English Muffins or Hamburger Buns
-- Add a slice of Cheddar Cheese on top
-- Broil 6 in from heat for 5-7 minutes.
Simple, easy, filling, and packed with protein! Add different spices or change up the cheese for a change.
